Process and Quality

Evolving from manual testing to a mature, automation-driven quality assurance, with advanced tools like Zephyr and deep coverage in API test automation, we’ve significantly accelerated our release cycles and delivery speed. This growth is rooted in the Unicorn Process, our custom development framework. We operate as a fully agile, customer-focused organization-delivering high-quality solutions faster, smarter, and with greater impact.

Customer Support

Unicorn Solutions first billable task was customer support. From early operational services to a fully integrated, tech-driven support model, we now deliver fast, transparent, and GDPR-compliant assistance via Jira, Confluence, and live channels.
