On 1st September 2025, Unicorn Solutions and Fair Collection formalized an expanded collaboration through a new agreement granting Fair rights to the UnicornBOX source code. Having successfully operated on UnicornBOX since 2018, Fair can now further develop tailored solutions aligned with its market strategy, while Unicorn continues to deliver development services under a long-term agreement.
This model reflects a flexible delivery approach, enabling clients to begin with a SaaS solution and later transition to source code ownership as their needs evolve. Unicorn Solutions will continue promoting UnicornBOX and introducing new initiatives in the months ahead.
